Pregnancy

  • Body exercise is o.k., also sports, especially if you’re used to do so
  • Take a rest, now and then; it’s good for you and also beneficial to your baby’s growth
  • Until the 10th week we recommend the use of Folium-acid, 0,5 mg / a day
  • Don’t use nicotine or alcohol: it’s bad for your baby
  • Don’t take any drugs without consulting your general practitioner or us first
  • Don’t eat raw meat or cheeses, made of raw milk.
  • Take food, which contains lots of vitamins and iron; avoid organic meat (like liver), tonic and cinnamon
  • Get yourself an extra check-up of your teeth
  • If you’re working in the garden or cleaning your cat’s litter box: please wear gloves
